Tanner Foust took Texas Motor Speedway President Eddie Gossage for a ride, but it was the ever savvy Gossage who got the better end of the bargain. A number of Dallas / Ft. Worth media turned up at Texas Motor Speedway to get their first taste of Global Rallycross and get a little education from the 2011 champ including rides in the Rockstar Etnies OMSE Ford Fiesta.
Gossage traded his promoter garb for co-driver attire and led off the festivities with the first ride of the day, taking a number of ultra fast laps alongside Foust including a pair of passes over the long jump that is to be used at Hoon Ka-Boom, the second round of the 2012 GRC at Texas Motor Speedway on Saturday, June 9.
