What They Are Saying

Tanner Foust, Rockstar Energy Etnies Ford / OMSE, No. 34 (as heard on Speed Freaks)

“This (finale race) is going to be pretty brutal. This track is just narly so it’s going to be fun… This track is unique this year because it’s in a parking lot right across the street from the Convention Center in Las Vegas and SEMA is going on, so it’s not fitting into a NASCAR track as they have been all season. It’s pretty tight and technical and it’s got a dirt jump instead of a metal jump and then all the industry people from SEMA are going to walk across the street and pack the stands so it’s going to be pretty cool.”

Samuel Hubinette, SAAB Eneos Oil Rallycross, No. 77

“We had a great test day and I’m very excited to get the heat races started. We found our engine problem from the last event and we’re back at full power! We feel like we’re going to be very competitive in the Eneos/Eklund Saab and we’ll be looking for a podium finish this week!”

Sverre Isachsen, Subura PUMA Rallycross / VSC, No. 11

“The track is good, it is like the tracks we have in Europe. We had a good first practice today and I’m very happy. The team has made another step forward with my Subaru since the last race, and we reached the podium there so I’m confident and very happy!”

Bucky Lasek, Subura PUMA Rallycross / VSC, No. 81

“This is one of the most fun courses yet. There are a lot of places to pass and some fun dirt sections.”
