Bio:

Ekstrom is one of the most universally skilled drivers to attempt a race in Global Rallycross, joining Marklund Motorsport at X Games Munich. Over a 13-year career in DTM, he has won 17 races and two championships, and has earned three Champion of Champions titles in six career Race of Champions appearances. Ekstrom has also made appearances in NASCAR Sprint Cup and the World Rally Championship.
