About the Event:

Global Rallycross will visit Bristol Motor Speedway for the first time in 2013. Opened in 1961, the track nicknamed “Thunder Valley” is also referred to as the world’s last great coliseum, owing to its deep bowl seating and steep concrete banking.

Bristol's unique layout features a mix of both dirt and concrete, with much of the dirt running through the track's infield. The concrete turns will see cars race on up to 30 degrees of banking.
