Barca here we come!

After a couple of weeks at home with a lot of mountain bike training, gocart driving and trying drifting for the first time, its time to travel to Barcelona.

I have analyzed my driving from Brazil and I know I can improve to get even higher on the podium and I will share some of those thoughts with you now.

For me it is all about getting maximum speed out of the car, as a rally driver I tend to drift too much and attack too early in the corner. On some courses my driving style works better and on some courses racing style is better, so my lesson from Brazil is to drive more exclusive racing lines on the type of courses…

Since Brazil I have been driving quite a lot of gocart to practice on such type of driving.  If you want to win a championship you have to master all situations and make as few mistakes as possible during the season. I am very serious in my career change and the aim is of course to win the championship one day.

I am really looking forward to Barca, X Games and that the course is inside the Olympic Stadium of Barcelona. I have been in Spain quite a lot driving the Spanish World Rally Championship and Spain is really nice.

What I look forward to the most, is to meet my team and all fun competitors again.

During the first race I got great support from OlsbergsMSE and Ford. The team-spirit in OMSE/FORD is really good, everyone wants to win and all makes the difference working so hard to get there. I am really pleased to be a part of all this!

Hope to see you all in Barca!

If you doubt, flat-out!! / #18 SANDELL
